    Get in the Omega Sector HQ, and then go in a portal which has "1" on it, and then you'll see Kubo the Storageman, get beside him, jump the boxes or steel or something like that, and then as Liennae said, climb the ladder, Chury is at the very TOP.

    para entrar al silo puedes usar las puertas 1.2 y 3 en la numero 1 al entrar debes ir todo derecha subiendo por los contenedores de metal subir una escalera y arriba esta chury

    Chury is at the very very top, it's kinda hard to see the route up there, but if you jump on the storage crates beside the storage keeper, there should be a ladder taking you up to him
